Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 3 days of purchase . To be eligible for a return, your item must still have tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at recycledthreadslv@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was received in error.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days. If the item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
