Refund policy

We accept returns for any undisclosed damage to any item. For items that have measurements listed, we do not accept returns for reasons of fit. We can accept your return within 3 days of purchase, with a 2% restocking fee, and return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. To be eligible for a return, your item must still have tags attached and be in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@recycledthreads.co to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was received in error.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days. If the item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: final sale.
